XT2 Blurred out video (night vision)

My XT2 camcera are working fine on day time, it got started burred vision on Garden camera in night time and the camera converted into night vision.

any help on this?

Could be something reflecting off of the IR. Can you post a photo of what you’re seeing at night?

When I had that same problem, I had to take batteries out/in and it’s been gone since.

Thanks for reply. I tried this option and removed the batteries in the camera. Later on I added back, but there are no change in behavior.

Make sure there isn’t anything near the lense that could cause a reflection from the IR. If it’s clear, give tech support a call.

A daytime snapshot might help people with suggestions with regard to the issue.

here is day time snapshot which is looking good. I asked to support to help me out. They rebooted the camera, but it is not solved the issue.

Nothing obvious there that would cause an issue, in my opinion. Sometimes, nearby white sidings, shelves, or similar, cause the exposure to be way off, but that does not seem to be the case here.

When you invoke a night time recording, by walking in front of the camera, does it make a nice clear clicking sound?

Hi I’ve got the same problem with in night vision mode I got told to wipe the camera down by tec support but I said so what happens when I’m away this is my picture in my back garden

Yeah mine looks like this at night as well. Going to tinker with the settings some more tonight. Some suggested using RainX on other threads. Might try that.
