Surprised to see this is still an issue. Whoever the project manager is for this product should be fired, especially if this forum is the formal place to make change requests.
It is not asking too much to modify the scheduling to address individual cameras. While addressing this issue, add a camera “snooze” function that temporarily disabled the camera for 15, 30, or a customizable time. That would allow, for example, use of the back yard BBQ without continuously setting off the camera, and it will automatically come back on after you are done. Seems basic.
