I have a similar problem with a Netgear Powerline wifi 1000 (signal uses the wiring in the house) and Blink XT cameras (3 of them - 2 outside and 1 inside).
Heres the weird thing. I cannot connect the sync module to the Netgear extender - it doesn’t want to connect and I am running everything in the house on it (laptop, desktop, tablets and mobile phone) so I know it is giving a good signal. I have disconnected the sync module and reset, turned off/on the modem and moved the sync module around. Doesn’t like it for what ever reason.
But I can get all cameras working with a minimum of 3 blue bars (thankfully) without the extender BUT I need to move the sync module about 6 feet give or take from where it is working but when I do this one of the cameras indicates that it has LOST its signal to the WIFI (Camera to wifi) with just yellow 2 bars (not the sync module which is still fine).
Why does moving the sync module affect ‘Camera to WIFI’? I would have thought the Camera to Sync module would have been affected not the Camera to WIFI which was not altered?
Weirdly, with the Camera to WIFI being only 2 bars the Sync Module (beside the Disarmed/Armed switch at the bottom of the screen) shows a very strong 5 blue bars? What is happening?
So can you comment on the extender problem and the Camera to WIFI issue - thanks.
