Used Nox, Bluestacks, and now just tried MEmu. Nox worked great for a while, but following an update, Malware Bytes told me that it had included some malware. Not sure how bad it was, maybe just some PUP or other, but I’m not going to put up with that, so Nox was gone.
Tried Bluestacks, and it worked really well, in principle, but it was just too slow on my old PC. Manageable, but not great, though I used it up until now.
Just tried MEmu, because it was mentioned above, and at first try, needing and using it only for Blink, I’m really impressed. Doesn’t bog my PC at all, and feels like just running the app, except that somehow it even managed to invoke a view that I didn’t even know the Blink app had in its armoury. It has certainly never done this on my phone, when being used in landscape.
