The sound on my replacement cameras is much better. It’s still not perfect, not as clear as I’d like it to be, but at least now you can tell that there is someone talking and only a word or two cuts out.
A suggestion to anyone else experiencing this problem. Even though my internet speeds are more than enough for the Blink system, I wasn’t getting the 300mbs speed I was paying for, so I contacted my ISP. They could see that I am experiencing packet loss on my line, so they are going to send someone out. Once we get that squared away we’ll see if it makes a difference. Anyone else experiencing this problem may want to contact their ISP and see if they are also experiencing packet loss. Maybe we can pin down the problem.
