Rick, I have to agree with you. Just got mine a week ago with two cameras. All seemed fine until 4am this morning when the app notified me the sync module was offline. Went to check it and solid blue with blinking green. Rebooted, same result. Tried factory reset and solid red after I give it the wifi info from the app. It has done this twice already. All other wired and wireless devices working fine.
For a point of reference I’m not running home gear but rather commercial APs and enterprise firewall. My connection is 2 gigabit fiber so that’s not the problem either.
Contacted support and gave them the full background. Solutions is “reboot my router”. Well, that’s definitely not it.
I ordered a second for another property but thinking of just sending both back now as this thing doesn’t appear to be very stable.
