Sync Module already registered to another account

I just bought a returned Blink system from AAFES. Unfortunately, it seems that the previous owner registered the Sync module. I am trying to add it to my account now. What is needed to do this?

Call 1 800 tech support via the Blink mobile app.

There are dozens of prior message threads on this subject. Use the search function. Also the Blink support website has info on this subject. That support website is the owner’s manual also.
