Let it run for a few days. If you installed the new XT2 series, I keep reading the same thing over and over again. That would be within a few days, a firmware push is automatically downloaded your new camera. After it gets the latest firmware revision, users are reporting things working correctly.
For your own records, look up in the mobile app, the settings for each camera, scroll down to bottom of settings, you’ll find the firmware revision Write it down for your records and keep checking that from time to time.
In all of this, it makes the huge assumption that you the owner also updated the mobile app to the latest revision. If not, manually update that now.
