Since the last update i haven’t been receiving my notifications on my galaxy tablet or my android phone. Anybody else having issues?
My system working fine on android.
My subscription stopped receiving notifications too. My wife’s still getting them. I deleted and reinstalled the app. That did nothing. Need a resolution!
I’m having the same issue. It might have to be with the version of android. I have the app installed on two devices. It seems to work fine on the older version of android. Notifications come normally. But on my phone which has the latest version of android. It is either delayed or doesn’t notify at all.
Battery saver settings could be blocking the app alerts.
My notifications are arriving about half an hour after the activation. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be wrong. Thanks.
BTW, I’m using a Samsung J6.
Yes the same issue I am having I can’t receive notifications on my galaxy Note 9 I wonder why ?
I’ve got an S10 and the latest app and I’m getting no notifications. it seems to record when the motion sensor activates, but if I’m not looking at the app when it happens, it’s no good to me. Just installed it this morning…not happy
I also have stoped receiving alerts notifications. The pre view that used to appear on the drop down menu in android OS is also missing??? My sync module firmware was auto updated yesterday 1-1-20. Now no alert notifications? Anybody or blink can help with a fix?
