I purchased the blink XT some months ago. In the beginning there were some small connection issues. A message to the support team -> problem solved
After some months I thought there was maybe a hardware issue. So I texted the support if they can have a look into the log file to check if there’s faulty hardware.
They confirmed on the same day that the hardware is defect and they will replace the camera.
Today I went to the post office to pick up the new cam.
At home I opened the box and that’s inside: a brand new XT 2 inside
(Just to remind, I purchased the first XT version)
