The message I received from customer support -
“The Sync Module may need to be rebooted manually if power is lost. This can sometimes be due to the Sync Module rebooting faster than the WiFi router. Since there is is not WiFi connection available while a router is powering back on, this may cause issues with the Sync Module coming back online.”
I am 1400 miles from home for the winter with no one there to manually reboot for me. Planning to return the cameras and module as the system is of no use to me.
