Definitely call support. If it shows as connected, it may be alive enough for them to do a remote reboot. For example, if Wi-Fi to sync module is working fine, but camera to sync module is not, they should still be able to see it, because they will be looking at it over your network. If it shows okay in your app, that information is getting to your phone via the Blink servers, so they can definitely see it.
Whether they can remote reboot is another matter. Good luck.
