If you want to hear back from a Blink representative soon, you need to log a support ticket. This is a community forum, and is rarely visited by Blink staff to comment directly, particularly in more recent times. In addition, support staff may well be familiar with the issue on your particular device, and already have a solution. Perhaps they can only offer you advice that it’s already being worked on, but maybe even that would be nice to know. If they’re not already familiar, then they need to know, in order that they can add it to their list of known issues, with particular devices.
Consider also that it may not be Blink’s fault. They may be following the graphics/screen driver standards to the letter, and Huawei may not have implemented it correctly. Blink may be sending a lesser used control signal, that’s officially supported in the standard but that’s not implemented correctly, or at all, by Huawei. Perhaps less likely, but it’s possible, and in such circumstances Blink need the exact details of your device to communicate with Huawei to nail down the issue, or come up with a device specific workaround.
Whatever the case, your best bet is to log a support ticket, if you haven’t already.
