I’m fairly sure you’re right, but it’s what to do about it?
I have been doing some experiments with dates, and have found that once you have all the old videos that you want, downloaded into your PC file location, if you then amend the date to today’s date and time, less a few minutes, on line 123, where it says changed since, you still get new videos, as they are created, but even after deleting them the error does not return.
If however you delete a video from your PC, and it is also deleted from the Blink server, the error returns, until you select a later changed later date and time.
I think this is because, if it is on your PC, the script knows not to even try, whether it is deleted on the Blink server or not, because it already has it. If you delete it from your PC, the script tries to get it, but because it is deleted from the server, it can’t and the script describes the error that occurred, ‘media not found’.
If you download all, keep them on your PC, and do not move or delete them, update line 123 to today’s date and time, of a few minutes ago, the errors will disappear and not return. If ever you delete the videos from your PC, then to get rid of the error you will have to enter a new date.
The app must use this date and time to somehow to decide which ones it shows you, even though there is still some remnant of them on the server, and it likely updates this date and time, every time it polls for the video clip roll.
I don’t understand the script well enough to make any changes that might help, other than to manually amend that line.
