Does anyone at Blink reply to emails?

I placed an order for a bundle (3 cameras, 3 covers). The cameras came, no covers. And, 12 hours after the order (which i ordered gray covers because white was out of stock), white became available and that was what I preferred, so I immediately emailed Blink. No reply to that either. Now at 3 emails over a week, no replies. That is not what good customer support looks like. Can anyone from Blink assist since it does seem you guys are responsive on the forum here

Try calling instead

they specifically say they cannot take calls for sales.

I’m still waiting for a ticket to be answered. Nothing for two days. :roll_eyes:

I was able to someone on the phone from tech support. i would suggest you try that way

@Philip_Davis1, What type of ticket? Marketing/Sales, Orders or Tech Support?

If you wouldn’t mind DMing me the ticket #. I suspect it might be Orders as TS has 0 new in queue, meaning everything is assigned and nothing is waiting.
