I placed an order for a bundle (3 cameras, 3 covers). The cameras came, no covers. And, 12 hours after the order (which i ordered gray covers because white was out of stock), white became available and that was what I preferred, so I immediately emailed Blink. No reply to that either. Now at 3 emails over a week, no replies. That is not what good customer support looks like. Can anyone from Blink assist since it does seem you guys are responsive on the forum here
Try calling instead
they specifically say they cannot take calls for sales.

If you wouldn’t mind DMing me the ticket #. I suspect it might be Orders as TS has 0 new in queue, meaning everything is assigned and nothing is waiting.

Tech support was granted permission to access my system. Now 24 hours later nobody has me. I spent 5+ hours yesterday trying to get system setup. I kept getting different messages, connected, not connected. WiFi is strong, modem/module is within 5ft. This is the 2nd system that has problems. The 1st system connected to the module but not the camera. The other module was further away from the modem. I’m ready to return this one too
