In both videos, you can not make out at night, who the actual person is. Night resolution is marginal compared to quality of video during day.
All the kids have hoodies up of course, although, there is a couple of very short moments when the face is actually looking at camera. ID of bad guy is kinda possible if you knew the person…
The kids touch the hoods to see if car is warm or not. Break into a cold hood = been sitting for hours and nobody around. The kids also try the door locks. Break into the car that is unlocked of course = no car alarm going off.
Even with instant notification from Blink, these kids would be running away. It is a group of kids or maybe even adults that are not rookies. They are a group, organized, and know what they were doing. Also the group will probably attack you if confronted. it would be 5 against 1. Yet another reason for groups doing this type of theft.
Seriously consider installing a very bright LED motion activated flood light. It scares bad guys away and Blink then records at night in color if you have IR set to auto or off. You’ll get much better quality video clips.
