Rarely checked and responded to now. Almost certainly not, for wish list items. Well, it might be checked, but it won’t be responded to.
As for items missing from the manual, or app, check the support forum and see if it’s covered there. You might be lucky.
If you have more specific questions, lots of helpful guys and gals here who will no doubt be happy to help you out.
Regarding the two arming methods, it might help to think of it this way, if you didn’t already come to this conclusion.
The Arm/Disarm slider on the home page of a given system, refers to the sync module. Disarming the sync module disarms all cameras connected to that sync module, regardless of their individual status. If the sync module (system) is armed, then individual cameras can be enabled or disabled for motion at an individual camera level. This can be done in two places, first by using the running man icon, which will be blue or grey, depending on setting, and second in the actual camera settings themselves. Either place achieves the same thing, disabling or enabling a single camera only.
If an entire system is disarmed, the running man toggle is not available, because there is no point toggling cameras on and off, because the entire sync module is off, and it might be confusing if you could see the blue there, when the system is off. It remains available in camera settings, because even if the sync module is disarmed, you still might want to amend a given camera’s setting, for when the entire system is rearmed.
