Starting last weekend (Friday or Saturday), I am not able to use my Amazon Echo to do anything with my Blink system. When I try to arm it, or ask if for any information (status, last clip, etc), all I get is this message:
sorry, I’m having trouble accessing your blink for home skill right now
I have tried disabling the skill, removing the cameras from Alexa app, and re-enabling the skill and it still will not work.
My girlfriend is having the same exact problem at her house, so I assumed there were something wrong with the skill.
I have emailed support, but all they keep doing is telling my how to enable the skill, or reset the skill. I have been using Blink and Alexa for almost 2 years now (whenever the skull ever first showed up), so I know how to use it. It’s infuriating that they are not reading my actual message and keep giving me information I already know.
Is anyone else having this problem? Or has anyone else had this problem?
