For about a month now, none of my cameras will take a photo (gets photo failed message) AND
will not send the motion activated clips to my cloud folder.
I have replaced batteries. I have reset cameras and modules. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have deleted everything and re-created.
Support keeps saying its a network or internet line (bandwidth) issue. I have had my ISP out to verify that my fiber line coming in, my lines to my router, and my wifi do not have a problem.
I have replaced the modem to a Belkin AC1600 dual band giga bit. But, I have not had any issues with any devices or apps or streaming - except for BLINK.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?
