I tried all different settings, battery replacement, sync module reboot, Wi-Fi reboot, all to no avail. I finally deleted the camera, waited for a bit and then re-installed the camera…SUCCESS!!!
If your email account is linked to your Blink system, then you should get a notification of the LOCATION of the camera that was deleted as well as the SERIAL NUMBER, which you will need to re-install the camera. Following the deletion and re-installation everything worked once again. You will just need to go back into the settings for each camera and adjust to your preference as the re-install will go to default settings.
I have 3 XT cameras and 5 inside cameras, so I was really concerned when the 'XT’s stopped detecting motion. (The inside cameras never stopped functioning)
I hope this helps those with motion sensing detection problems. Other have noted that this may have been due to an update for the newer XT cameras. Not sure about that.
