Short recordings are typical of a failing set of batteries.
Don’t go off the app, saying they are okay, it is notoriously unreliable.

It can also be WiFi, but since you have made no changes there. Personally, if mine had been working for a year, with no problems, with the settings I had, I would not have changed any of them. It’s either batteries, or faulty, and changing the settings won’t fix faulty. Blink support, can, of course.
