Hello, we don’t offer Technical Support through social channels. As an example, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The teams there try to be helpful and we do manage to resolve a number of question. However, technical issues should always go the Technical Support path. The community can also be a great resource as you’ve seen.

There are a number of routers that are on the market having issues with the 2.4g channel dropping off or acting finakey. That’s not to say the router is the issue, but all one needs to do is a google search for the RTR brand/model and 2.4g and you’ll see a number of vendors are having intermittent issues.
