Actually I’m not arguing, I’m asking a question. The same question, which, respectfully, I don’t think you have answered.
In the case of blink cameras, it does not. Router connects to modem, modem connects to internet. Sync module connects to router via WiFi. Your mobile device with the Blink app also connects to your router via WiFi.
There’s no PC with an Ethernet card involved in any of that.
The remainder of your last post described a completely different situation: an internet connectivity problem with a PC that apparently needed an updated Ethernet card driver. That is not the problem that the OP is describing.
