Only the blue light is on, on my sync box
Did you try anything? Did you cycle power? Did you read the FAQ? Has the module been working in the past? People are willing to help, but you need to provide more information.
I tried the power. Tried the reset. It has worked before. Last week I used it. I tried to Google it
If you haven’t tried this, restart your router modem, and unplug your sync module, then plug it back in. Happens to me sometimes, and that works for me.
