Here are some fixes. First, it depends on configuration so I will try to separate them.
ALWAYS: to address addressing, power down your router and unplug it from the power supply, and let set for a min of 3 minutes, with Blink unplugged as well, while changing the lithium batteries (if needed) or just remove them (not necessarily needed).
ALSO: you May have a bandwidth issue, so make sure you try standard quality videos and all your other devices are not left on all the time.
SOLAR: If you bought solar panels and they suddenly stop recording, it is likely because you left the batteries in the cameras. Take out the batteries and reboot the system described above. Solar panels come with a converter and storage cell, so no batteries are needed.
CONSTANT RECORDING: lower the motion sensor setting. During rainstorms, it will likely record nonstop, which is why I recommend solar power addons. The German Ones.
Most of my issues have been address related. And sometimes cameras far away have trouble renewing their address on reboot. It may be necessary to bring the cameras closer to the Blink system. Check signal strength to determine if this may be the cause.
