No glitches in recording, that I’m aware of, at least in my systems, of which I have three, that are all working perfectly, from this point of view, just as they always have from the start.
That’s not to say that they’re without issue. It’s been reported by many, including me, that audio on live view is patchy at best. Lowering the resolution seems to restore function, but this is a workaround and not a fix, because I, and many others, want to use best or enhanced.
When you say the batteries are fine, are you going off what’s reported in the app, or have you recently replaced them with new lithium batteries? I ask because the battery indicator is notoriously unreliable, and will often still say good when in fact the batteries are finished.
Do you have more than one camera and if so, have they all failed? Can you view live, on the camera or cameras in question, and more particularly, can you view live at night? Can you send settings changes to the cameras, such as a change of resolution, or recording time?
I suggest you call support, and if you have performed tests like this, you can report the results.
