I ordered a 2 camera system on Prime Day. First shipment estimate date was August 8th and a couple of days ago it was the 18th. I received the following
We understand your concern with a delayed shipping date and we hope you know we are doing our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Our Blink products were an overwhelming success during the Prime Day event which resulted in a rapid depletion of available inventory. We are processing all customer orders, yours included, using the time stamp from when they arrived. Our factories are working overtime to restore our same-day shipping reputation. We hope to update your delivery date as we see progress in satisfying all customer orders. Thank you for choosing Blink and thank you for your patience while we await arrival of new inventory.
If there was a reputation as a same-day shipper, how could you not anticipate there being this level of interest and demand during Prime Day?
