The only thing I can think is the first camera was faulty. It was returned and the 2nd camera was shipped with defective batteries.
The camera sits in the kitchen. It gets armed and disarmed with all the other cameras (which have been fine).
WiFi and Sync are excellent and are only a couple of meters away from the camera. The kitchen is a high traffic area but I guess if the camera is disarmed that shouldn’t make any difference.
It had only made a couple of test recordings lasting no more that 15-20 seconds in total before the battery failed.
What was interesting was as soon as the battery reported as low WiFi on the camera was showing 1 dot and the camera said busy every time I tried to view it.
The battery has since been replaced and once again WiFi and sync are 100%
