Quite recently I’ve been receiving this same error message when I try to view a camera video through my app: “SSL Handshake aborted: ssl=0x…: I/O error during system call, Connection reset by peer”.
Previously when I got this error it would persist for days until I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. Then it will work fine like normal for a while, and then the error pops up again (and I can’t do anything in the app once I get that error).
But as of today when I received that error, the app was working fine about 15 minutes prior to that. And I went through my normal troubleshooting step of uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but this time that didn’t work and I’m continuing to get the error…
I can’t seem to find any reference to this message in the Support documentation - can anyone help me?
(PS, in case it helps, I have an Android - Samsung Note 9)
