This is primarily a community user forum, meaning that almost all of us that participate here are fellow users, not Blink employees. There’s one Blink staffer who serves as the admin, and a handful of other staff members that occasionally participate in some threads.
But the vast majority of us are here because we enjoy discussing how we use our Blink systems with others, and most people are more than happy to help other users troubleshoot when issues arise.
I quoted several phrases from your first post in this thread just to reinforce that you don’t appear to be interested in troubleshooting or having a discussion.
Please understand that I’m not telling you not to post your opinions. You’re entitled to them, as is everyone else. However just like everyone else, you should abide by the community guidelines (https://community.blinkforhome.com/guidelines), or your posts may get flagged and then deleted (I didn’t even see your post that got deleted, so I can’t comment on that personally).
But I am saying that if you start posting in an online user community with a pretty negative and disrespectful attitude, and you’re not even interested in getting help, then don’t be surprised if your negative attitude results in critical responses from others. We’re all here participating on our own free time, and no one owes anything to you.
